4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days and may take approximately 5–6 business days to reach the customer after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.

5. Returns & Refunds
All Zuviko products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect product, subject to verification. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Any issue regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported within 1 hour of receiving the product, along with clear photos/videos for verification.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, contact number, email address, and complete delivery information. Zuviko India will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including the Zuviko India name, logo, product images, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Zuviko India unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied or reproduced without prior permission.
