Return & Refund Policy

All Zuviko products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.

As our products are carefully packed and prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preference.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving the product with clear photos/videos of the package and product. We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a suitable resolution.

Please ensure that the package is not discarded until the issue has been resolved.

Note: Refunds or replacements, where applicable, will be handled after verification.
